We’re halfway through quarter #1 and I’m checking in with you to see if you’ve been reading our book club book: Tranquility by Tuesday by Laura Vanderkam.
It’s been a great read so far. Here’s a few of my favorite bits:
Rule #1: Give Yourself a Bedtime
*Going to bed earlier is how grown-ups sleep in.

*We are always choosing. Choose well.

*Exercise doesn’t take time. It makes time.
Rule #4: Three Times is a Habit
*Things don’t have to happen daily—nor do they have to happen at the same time every day—in order to count in our lives.
